Working with Jay was an absolute delight. Right from the first phone call he was professional, quick to respond and left me with no doubt it was going to be a wonderful experience. The food did not disapoint!! Plenty of food cooked to perfection. They handled themselves like the professionals they were and we were left with plenty of leftovers (another bonus!)
