I found Lais on Thumbtack and hired her last week for a deep clean. She responded immediately, and had availability in the timeframeI needed. I was initially worried that she lived at quite a distance from my home in Norfolk, but after talking to her on the phone, and realizing she had another house not far from me to clean later in the afternoon that we had scheduled, I agreed to move forward. She gave me an estimate of the price based on our phone conversation and her actual cleaning time was very close to the estimate. I was happy to pay her price to get such a quality cleaning.
If you’re looking for a very good cleaner who has excellent attention to details Lais is your person. She left my 7 room cottage spotless. She worked alone, but said she could bring another cleaner for bigger jobs. If you’re looking for the fastest, cheapest cleaner then she’s not for you. I am a retired Airbnb host, so have worked with many cleaners over the years. Now that I no longer host, I do my own cleaning. But, I will definitely call her again when I need some additional help, like around holidays or events in my home. Lais is kind and sweet as well.

House is always impeccable after Best Cleaning has come to the house! In addition to being super reliable and trustworthy, Lais is efficient, meticulous and an incredibly hard worker. I've been using Best Cleaning for years now and am very satisfied with the service and professionalism. Lais always makes my house sparkle and somehow manages what feels like pounds of dog hair (not sure how she does it). It's easy to schedule cleanings and she is always on time and the work in top notch.
