SBS did an amazing job cleaning up our flower beds. They were overgrown, crowded and needed to be re mulched. They were on time, worked quickly, excellent communication and provided a fair price for the work. They will now be our regular landscaping service!

Very very very bad business! I have reached out to this company on December 26 for a clean up. I was trying to get this job done before the storm. Percy apologies rd for getting back to me after the storm and not be able to get it done. So we confirmed to get it done today 1/11/21. Percy texted me yesterday 1/10/21 confirm that I used Venmo for payment. Today 1/11/21 Percy texted and asked if we can do this job in the spring?! I advised you can not call a customer that has been waiting for weeks just to say can we do this in another season?! I wish I could attached the full conversation. He even threatened to give me a bad review for his his bad review! How I’m trying to pay for a job! Smh

Thanks for your review, i would never said I would give a bad review I can’t do that and I respect all of my clients I have never give any bad reviews to no one even when they deserve it. I appreciate it, thanks for the pics as well , as you can see all I asked was to reschedule it not declining the job, I was gonna get done the job in the near future but you were not flexible. You reached out 1 day before the big storm why? I didn’t reply because it was too late and needed to get ready for the storm. 90 percent of my reviews are 5 start because I always try to work things out with my clients and we do a high quality job, but I understand that some clients are not too flexible or friendly, but we also do appreciate any review from them as well. Again we didn’t canceled the job we were just asking for reschedule due to short staff i asked if he can wait till spring it if not I was goin to do it my self this week. Thanks God I’m always staying busy with good customers and can put food on the table for my kids . Thanks for your review we always appreciate any reviews.
