Triwellness takes an integrative approach to health and wellness including all body systems in maintaining and improving ones quality of life. I have 16 years of experience and have worked with all different levels of health. I have helped improved numerous different injuries and gotten clients from age 15 to age 88 back on track to feeling strong and confident again. I am certified in personal training, life coaching and nutrition so whatever your personal struggle might be I can help. I will come to you wherever you may be so it is easy and saves you time!
The best and most rewarding aspect of my job is helping others to feel better instantly AND long term. I have seen this in small ways and in very big ways. I love it when I end a session and the Client says “I feel so much better”. I love it when a client was unable to do something physically because of an injury and after working together they were able to resume activity. I love empowering clients to make positive changes in their lives where they had been feeling stuck. It is all rewarding to me and keeps me motivated to constantly learn new ways to reach others and inspire others.

Gena of TriWellness is amazing! My 88 year old mom moved in with me for caregiving reasons 18 months ago, and we hired Gena to help her gain functional strength, better balance, and carry over all of her post-rehab PT goals; Mom had experienced several falls in the recent past. After working with Gena, her results were amazing. She is measurably stronger and confident. I can see a huge difference even in the way Mom uses the stairs, gets in and out of the car, and moves around the house. She loves Gena's calm and personable manner, and loves her sense of humor. Mom looks forward to every visit and so do I. I have been a gymnast, dancer, marathoner, martial artist, hiker, biker, rock climber, swimmer, weightlifter, and all sorts of other things so I have seen and met a LOT of trainers and PTs in my time. Gena is the real deal with her up-to-date knowledge and her talent for connecting with clients. Having Gena as a personal trainer was an extremely positive experience. She cares about your physical AND mental well-being, and gives you all kinds of motivational tips and advice constantly. She volunteered to text me during the week just to check on how my workout routine was going and to give me encouraging comments. I can recommend her to anyone considering in-home training! It was like working out with your good friend who also happened to be a great personal trainer!

We would give Gena 10 stars if we could.
She is an amazing person. She has worked with us over the past few months and her training sessions are awesome. She mixes things up each week and writes out a plan for us to work on for the next week. She has helped us with our nutrition. She has written out meal plans for us as well as a grocery list. She even went to the store with us to get the food!!!
