What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a variety of design services, my fee structure is based off the scope and projected timeline of the project. I always outline my fees before beginning any billable work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a 30-minute Zoom consultation for $200, which includes support and follow-up. Before beginning any work, I provide a project outline and proposed budget. It's important to me that my clients are actively involved in their projects.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a bachelor's degree in architecture from the Savannah College of Art and Design. Additionally, I am an American Lighting Association (ALA) Lighting Specialist and am currently pursuing my Lighting Certification (LC).
