Lucio and his partner came to clean two heavily soiled carpets in my new house. The previous owner had dogs and left a strong smell behind. Lucio spent three hours cleaning all the carpeted areas including stairs and once dried, the smell was gone. I would highly recommend him and would hire him again.

I contacted Nicoli Cleaning because I wanted to get our house ready to sell. Lucio was great. Very responsive and flexible when the painters needed an extra day to finish their work. He offered me a terrific price to do all the carpets and clean the house at the same time and they are wizards because our tub has never been so clean! Glad to know they do weekly service as well!

Lucio and his colleague did an impressive job. The windows are sparkling clean. They took care of cleaning the screens and storm windows as well and put them back. It wasn’t an easy job as windows are old and it was an awfully hot and humid day. I will not hesitate to hire them again. They vacuumed the ledgers, I am sure the windows were never ever that clean since the house was built. They left the house clean and vacuumed when they were done (which I didn’t ask them to do and shows how they take their job seriously and are aware that even small details count and are appreciated!)
