I contacted Patchmaster to remove and replace a bathroom ceiling that was covered in ceramic tile. I had a hard time finding someone to do the work. I was told this job was too big for a "handyman" service, and too small for an independent contractor. Tom replied to my inquiry soon after I submitted it. The quote was fair and they were able to fit me into his schedule within two days. He and his technician Larry were awesome. They were both committed to getting the job done right. Instead of just a removal and replacement, they made sure the studs were in tact and added new ones to ensure a proper installation. They did not rush the process and made sure all of the details were taken care of. They even smoothed out some rough areas in the wall we didn't talk about. Tom prides himself in providing exceptional customer service and I can attest to that. The pictures I've included show the before, during, and after. I would highly recommend Tom and his team.

Tom did a great job patching a few holes in a popcorn ceiling after a repair done by plumbers. He redid the popcorn ceiling as well and blended it in very nicely. Looks great and job was done very quickly. Would use him again.

Our pricing depends on the scope of the job--number, size, and location of the holes that are in need of repair. We ask that you have some basic information ready when you contact us such as the approximate size of the repair and some pictures if possible so that we can provide an accurate quote.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At PatchMaster our goal is to make the entire process of restoring your home easy. We use upfront pricing, instead of an estimate. This allows you to have confidence and accurately plan your project.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
We found that there was a lack of companies willing to do small repairs. After trying repeatedly to get small jobs around our own home repaired, PatchMaster was founded. We aim to make it easy to get these small jobs done quickly, professionally, and at a reasonable price.
