- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the size of the space and the type of cleaning needed. Deep cleaning, move-in/move-out, and post-construction cleanings require more time and effort, so they are priced accordingly. I do offer discounts for repeat customers and scheduled cleanings. Weekly clients get 20% off, bi-weekly 10%. Every job is different, so I always provide a personalized quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we like to understand exactly what the customer needs. Some people want a basic cleaning, while others need a deep clean or specific areas taken care of. We always ask about their priorities, any concerns they have, and what results they’re expecting. Once that’s clear, we give them a realistic time estimate and make sure everything is done to their satisfaction.

I always knew I wanted to start my own business. I’ve always been someone who takes pride in details, and cleaning is one of those things that people really appreciate when done right I started helping a friend with her cleaning company, learning the best techniques, and understanding what clients value the most. After some time, I decided to take the leap and build my own company, focusing on delivering top-quality service with a personal touch.
