FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our estimates are articulately detailed with no transparency, leaving no room for doubt as to where resources are allotted to.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Telephone conversation to introduce one another as well as assessing customer desires along with temporal expectations as to potential project dates. 2. If step 1 deems we’re a potentially proper fit, an in-person meet is completed. This allows the customer an opportunity to make in-person assessment of who we are based on how we present. It allows us, the contractors - to visual inspect where said project will occur thereby effectively allowing us to accurately estimate. 3. An estimate is presented within a week of the in-person meeting. If said customer has completed due diligence - and decided we are the best fit to contractually move forward, a contract is drafted and agreed on. 4. Once a contract is in place, permits are applied for, initial payments secured, materials ordered, and start dates set in place.
