Bernie is exceptional!!! He arrived promptly at our agreed time. He was careful in moving furniture as needed. The quality of his work was above my expectations!! My sofa and chairs were cleaned inside out! The cushions along with interior of all furniture was cleaned so thoroughly and the product used left an amazing scent throughout my home. As promised my furniture was dry within a few hours and the work was done without any mess. I highly recommend Big Cleaning and use the service for carpet cleaning!!!

I unfortunately don’t have a “before” picture, but trust me when I say our white sectional was a complete disaster before Sidinei arrived and worked his magic. After an unfortunate accident involving urine, we tried cleaning it ourselves—twice—but couldn’t get the stain or odor out. Enter Sidinei. He was incredibly thorough, spending over three hours carefully treating and washing the fabric. He didn’t just clean the couch; he completely revitalized it! It looks and smells brand new, and we couldn’t be more grateful for his hard work and attention to detail. Sidinei is a true professional and miracle worker—highly recommend!

Amazing service, truly wonderful!! I just purchased a couch second hand and I wanted it cleaned and sanitized and he went above and beyond to clean every inch of the couch. It not only looks brand new but smells brand new too!! Awesome man and awesome service, would highly recommend to anyone!!!

I highly recommend Big Cleaning Service Carpet and Upholstery. I have a couch and loveseat/chaise that my kids have stained and it was looking really dingy. I looked up upholstery cleaning services the night before, and he was here the next day (the day before Christmas Eve!). My couches look like new and the price was beyond reasonable IMO.
