- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My buyer's pay me nothing for my services, typically the seller's pay a commission to the Realtors selling the property! Also, I will give all my buyer's a One Year Home Warranty from American Home Shield that will cover your whole house for anything that may come up! Ask me for more information! My seller's typically pay me a 4-6% commission of the sales price that I get for them! This is not set in stone and can be negotiable depending on the circumstances. Ask me for more information!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with Buyer(s): My typical process is getting to know your wants, needs, and your budget you feel comfortable with! I will connect my buyers with a mortgage lender who will quickly provide us with a pre-approval letter so that my buyer can make a strong offer and get the ball rolling. I can typically get any buyer into a house within 30-45 days from the date of an accepted offer! I will guide my buyers and do all their due diligence for them making the home buying process easy peasy! When working with Sellers: I will help with getting the best possible price for my client/seller. I will help repair anything that needs to be done. Advise what to do before putting the house on the market for a successful first impression and in return a quick sale! I will make the sale of your home an enjoyable experience and not a stressful one!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been a licensed Real Estate Agent since 1999. I started out on the outer cape and sold residential and commercial properties in Provincetown, Truro, Wellfleet & Eastham for about 10 years, then I moved to California and got my Real Estate License there as well. I've also bought and flipped several houses from Cape Cod to Florida!
