Hello! My name is Elizana. I’m Brazilian and a mother of two. I started working in cleaning six years ago in search of a better life for my children. First, I’d like to tell anyone who is reading this review that I am blown away by this service. Exceeded my expectations by far; and worth every last penny. I had a small unit to clean but it needed extreme help and I knew that I didn’t have the executive functioning to do it myself. So I hired Innovations, and let me tell you…I would do it again and again and will tell EVERYONE about this service! I suffer from crippling anxiety…I knew I was in over my head. And hiring Innovations was the smartest decision I could EVER make. Do NOT hesitate to bring Eliziana and her team on. After they finished the job, it felt like I had just undergone a literal exorcism. And the best part was….my landlord….was ecstatic. Made me look like a rock star tenant. WOW! Seriously. Liza left no stone unturned. I generally keep a pretty tidy home but the deep cleaning is so overwhelming to keep up with. My apartment looks absolutely brand new, like the day I moved in! Every little detail was attended to. And everything SHINES. Liza was so responsive and I can’t wait to have her back! 10/10 recommend!

We call the client to schedule a free quote, we go to the client house to see the project and talk about how we work and what we offer. After if they agree with it, we set up the day to come and do our work.
