- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
To provide an accurate estimate to the client, we must evaluate your project beforehand. We must assess the scope of work to ensure that our pricing is fair and appropriate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon completion of the project evaluation, we will promptly provide the client with either an immediate quote or a comprehensive work scope through email. We will then work closely with the client to ensure that their painting needs are fully met, and once an agreement is reached, we will proceed assertively with signing a contract.
