I am very handy, I love doing things on my own, however I was unable to get the bracket off to install a new bathroom exhaust and light. I messaged this installer and he messaged me right away and also followed up. He was unable to make it the time we had set and instead of rescheduling for a different day, he came later at night. The install was done and I am beyond happy. GREAT JOB!
