As much a review of Thumbtack as Milan - I booked a specific time with him and he messaged me a day earlier if I was available which I wasn’t. I never heard back from him and he flaked this morning now 2 hours I’ve heard nothing. For thumbtack my project got marked as Done and there’s no way to reopen it. Now I’m dealing with Thumbtack concierge to find someone else to help.
It would be fine if Milan had either restricted his actual availability or just rejected the project so it would reopen? Frustrating at poor follow through
