- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
i know that the customers are more interested in how I can solve their problems, and i go right on what their needs. Emphasizing the benefits that we offer as 10 years warranty, affordability, convenience, flexibility,quality, exclusivity, rather than the features, such as discounts, fees, tiers, or options.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Agility in service, followed by scheduling a personal meeting so that the client has direct contact with one of our professionals. one of the principles that we have in the company is to understand exactly what the client needs, and obviously, to offer a solution with quality guaranteed and satisfactory for our customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
we have learned a lot with the time we have been in this business. we understand that the relationship is the best path, and in it, we find varied customers with different priorities, from this, we learned that we can offer the best of ourselves to any client.
