Alana executed our vision for the wedding perfectly. She overcame the many challenges we were presented with from the weather to the chowder that was delivered with nothing to serve it in. We engaged several vendors for our daughter's outdoor wedding and Alana coordinated everything seamlessly. She was like the duck who glides gracefully on top of the water without creating so much as a ripple, while furiously paddling under the surface. Everyone had only positive comments about how well she did her job! She remained upbeat, pleasant and professional the entire day through all phases of the wedding from setting up the cocktail and reception tents to putting out the dessert at the end she handled it all! She was able to pivot quickly when we had to implement our rain plan for the outdoor ceremony and kept the schedule on track, making announcements at all the critical points to keep the event flowing smoothly. We truly appreciated her services to coordinate the wedding day and absolutely could not have done it without her!

Best decision we made was to hire The Professional Maid of Honor and Katelyn Rourke to be our Day Of Coordinator for our July 31, 2021 wedding. Her execution of every detail was beyond amazing. The best feeling was to be in the bridal suite waiting for the ceremony to start and just having total peace of mind, knowing her and her assitant were setting everything up so I could relax. She coordinated the bridal party and assisted the guests with effeciency and ease. They worked hand in hand with the venue, photographer and videographer as though they have all worked together before. Prior to the wedding, as the bride to be, I had Katelyn by my side whenever I needed her by phone or email and she was always advising and helping from start to finish. Katelynn and her assistant Colleen were amazing. I hired Katelynn as a day of wedding coordinator and she made sure everything ran smoothly. She pointed out things that I wasn't even aware of and took care of them. She made me be able to relax during my daughter's wedding, knowing that everything was taken care of!

    Our services are completely customizable, so we start out by getting a feel for what the customer needs. We will chat about which events you need help with, your budget, your priorities, and how where you think you need the most help.

    I love planning. I have always been a planner and I get major anxiety when things are not planned. I have planned many events for my family and friends, so I decided that I would expand on what I love to do!
