Stephen replaced a bad outdoor faucet, which I knew beforehand would require some fixes to the piping in my basement. The new work is clean and straightforward. Easy to see what he did. Stephen also took some time at the end to explain what I can do to properly maintain faucet so I don’t have a repeat of the earlier issue.

I hope this experience doesn’t happen to another customer. Steve was hired for a 1 day project that he quoted $3,000. Throughout the project his communications were poor. His ability to advise and explain the end result were null. He chose the worst location to install a sump pump with pipes that he ended installing 1 cm from the entrance door (see photo). It is a miracle that the door opens! I have to remove everything and redo it entirely. He cashed the check within 24 hours and disappeared. Worst professionalism and work.
