I had them come out and service my A/C unit before the heat wave started. He gave us a comprehensive report on what was needed and did the repairs the same day. The service was just under $400. It was definitely worth it to us!

BK was available for a same-day A/C appointment during one of the first heat waves in Boston, when most other HVAC technicians were booked several days out. My central A/C has been working great since the repair. I highly recommend them. (Picture is of the broken air handler before the repair.)

Prompt and responsive. Diagnosed the problem with my AC and fixed the condenser in less than half an hour. We actually hired another HVAC guy from ThumbTack a few days ago, he spent three hours on the project, didn’t diagnose the problem correctly, and wanted to charge us three times as much as BK. BK is great and professional, and he’s our go to appliances guy going forward!
