Established in 2013, 8TFive Studio is a collaboration of designers and architects that work closely with industry professionals to deliver an integrated approach to designing the built environment.
Our mission is to redefine conventional architectural design services and embrace an unhindered exploration of innovative, collaborative and imaginative design strategies and solutions while providing clients with the excitement and satisfaction of sustainable and responsible design.
We love what we do and constantly strive to advance our skills, knowledge and design thinking against any project challenges to discover new opportunities for our clients.
Our projects range from traditional to modern under both new construction and renovations. Whether residential, commercial or recreational, our company brings a thoughtful approach to sustainability with LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) certification and expertise in BIM (Building Information Modeling) analysis to provide our clients with a better understanding for the project, its performance and costs.

Neil was great to work with! He was able to meet all of the deadlines that we had talked about. We were removing some load bearing walls and a chimney. Neils use of modern software allowed us to see his vision easily! Our GC and town inspector also said that the plans Neil had provided were perfect and they were exactly what they were looking for! I would recommend Neil to anyone in need of some architectural services.

Neil has been wonderful to consult with! We exchanged several emails before he came to our house today for a consultation and everything in dealing with him has been professional, timely, thorough, and also personable. He walked through our home, listened to our ideas, and answered our many questions, from the very basic to the more advanced, making us feel completely comfortable even though this is our first time ever needing an architect and we are admittedly very green.
He got where we are at- real people with a young family in need of more space on a budget, and we are confident that if all goes well that's just what we'll get eventually with Neil's help. We greenlighted the process the same day as we met, and we are looking forward to working with him!

I know sometimes the local town requirements can be a little confusing at first but we'll certainly try to keep everything within your budget while working through what it is you'll need to make the addition a reality.

I went to school several years ago with Neil. I was waiting on an engineer for a residential renovation I am doing, but I knew he was a licensed Architect so I reached out to him. He got me the answers I needed immediately to get me going. I would highly recommend his services and will be doing so to anyone who asks me if I know of a good Architect in the area.
