- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I strive to work within each client's unique budget. I realize due to many reasons, including the times we are in, that budgets vary. I usually include discounts and work to arrive at a very fair price that works for that client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to do a phone or video call depending on their preference. We go over all the details and budget. I get as much info and materials as possible and then make sure to answer any questions they might have. I work fast and try to get the project done as efficiently as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am completely self-taught for technology and design. I love learning and also have an artistic background.
