Introduction

I am a Berklee College of Music graduate with over twenty years teaching experience. Since 2006 I have been providing personalized guitar and drum lessons in the homes of many students. I have taught kids, teenagers and adults from beginner to advanced level in many different styles. The thing I enjoy the most about teaching is knowing that what I am helping a student achieve is enhancing their life in some way whether it is just playing as a hobby or preparing them for a public performance.

I hired George for my elopement in Cape Cod and he was absolutely wonderful. He has made the entire process seamless throughout, since the day I booked him! George was always very responsive , on time and professional. He even learned new songs for us. George plays amazing as well. We are so happy with this entire experience and would recommend him to anyone!

George has done a great job teaching drums to my 9 year old son. I find it very convenient he comes to us and my son is getting get use of his electronic drum set we had purchased for him. George is very professional and works well with kids. I would highly recommend him!

I am a beginner in my mid 30s. I've had 3 lessons for guitar so far with George and have learned a lot. Very knowledgeable (Theory, reading music, tab, etc..), patient, helpful, and teaches well. Shows up on time and is communicative. Excited to continue to learn more! Highly recommend!

FAQs

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My current rate for new students starts at $35 per half hour if the student is within local proximity to my area. If the student is not within a 20 mile radius of me the rate would be $40. I offer a free trial lesson for the first week and lesson payments can be made on a week to week basis. Skype lessons are currently $30 per half hour.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always start off a new customer with a free trial lesson not only to help grow my business but also to ensure that the student is truly ready to commit to weekly lessons.
