- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to keep my fees reasonable but they may vary depending on distance and travel time to an event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The main question I usually ask is what type of music the customer is looking to hear for their event. If I feel that particular type of music fits my style, I will move forward with it. I also ask them if they want to hear any particular songs, and I'll try to learn as many as possible prior to the performance.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Berklee College of Music graduate and I have been performing as a solo act and with various bands for many years.
