Well, never got the intake form she was supposed to send, we had to change appt. due to a friend coming into town. Understandable…. No confirmation until I HAD to make contact the night before the appt.
Then all of a sudden her friend has COVID and she can’t come. I had to contact her at 1030-1100 pm Saturday night to figure out if she was coming at all.
No stars on communication. If she knew her friend had Covid, then as a business person myself I would immediately make contact. I gave up a trip and plans Sunday.
Now I’m stuck with nothing. Can’t do anything today. Can’t rate her on her skills.
Disappointing for sure. Graziella was a 10🌟. Definitely go with her!

Hi Scott. While I find your disappointment in not being able to get a massage that day understandable, I find this review to be unreasonable and disingenuous. Not sure why you assumed I did not contact you quite literally the moment after finding out a close contact had COVID. I texted you before 7 AM when our appointment was at 1 pm. I also don’t understand what you mean when you said we had to change schedules because my friend was in town. We never had a set time for Saturday. You said you were available both days and I simply asked you if Sunday would work better because I had a friend in town, who was the one who woke up testing positive for COVID on Sunday. I do not always send intakes/confirmations until the morning of an appointment, so I’m sorry for the assumption that you thought you should have had it before hand. You’ve been in my system since Wednesday and I wouldn’t be surprised if the intake (not confirmation) may be sitting in your junk mail. Maybe not as I can’t see sent forms through MassageBook which is how it would have come up in your mail. but either way it’s not my protocol to send it at any specific time before morning of appointments. But I am sorry for the inconvenience that day. I never cancel on anyone for just any reason and I truly hate disappointing people as a professional. So I found this to be quite upsetting as it something that very rarely happens.
