I actually didn't get any work done with the company. However, I sent him a picture of the work that needed to be done and he was very honest with me. He told me the work that needed to be done was not an "electrician" issue but more of electric company issue. He also told me the terminology to use when I reached out to the electrical company which made me sound like an electrician. I appreciated his honesty!

Ron is a great guy to interact with, he takes his job seriously and did the work perfectly. He tuned up our furnace, upgraded our power to a 200 amp system and moved the electric panel to a new location. His price was right and he made me feel confident from the start. One minor point of criticism is that there were some hiccups regarding timing but since we were working through the winter with all the associated urgent heating issues he needed to resolve elsewhere, that was easy to forgive. I would be happy to have my next electric and hvac job to be done by him too.

These guys need some education in customer relationship. They proposed a price for my project that I was going to accept. When I asked them about their availability, they said we'll get back to you and they never did. After few days, I pinged then again asking for update and got no response. At least show some respect and simply answer we don't have time.

Taught refrigeration and air conditioning at the former Northeast Institute of Industrial Technology , Beacon Hill Boston. On the faculty there for seven years. Graduated from the former Coyne Electrical School, Boston MA
