From rough carpentry to finish carpentry, light plumbing & electrical, organization, repair, assembly, and general house maintenance. I have also done real estate staging, expediting purchase of sale within 3 days of completion. Let me know how i can help you today! $50 less than 1 hour (plus $25 travel fees) $100 less than 2 hours (no travel fees) $50 per hour 2+ hours (no travel fees) WEEKEND RATE: $25 per hour in addition to the above fees I also have CORI and Protecting Gods Children certification. Tammy handled my request with a great professionalism after our first communication. She helped me find the parts I would need for the repair and she made her best to accommodate my schedule. I have contacted Little MS to fix broken pedals for my old elliptical. As this model is no more available, I had difficulty to find suitable pedals. When I contacted Little MS, he spent good amount of time to research and provide needed info for me. After his research and analysis we decided to not move in that direction and buy new elliptical. When I asked him how much I have to pay, he simply said he is not going to charge as he didn’t replace the parts. He was very prompt in responding to my messages. I like his professionalism and sincerity. I will definitely hire him for my future needs.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to get as much information ahead of our first appointment to research resolutions. This saves time (and money) completing your project in the long run.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a "fixer" my whole life. I extremely mechanically inclined and don't find complex issues daunting.
