I have contacted Little MS to fix broken pedals for my old elliptical. As this model is no more available, I had difficulty to find suitable pedals. When I contacted Little MS, he spent good amount of time to research and provide needed info for me. After his research and analysis we decided to not move in that direction and buy new elliptical. When I asked him how much I have to pay, he simply said he is not going to charge as he didn’t replace the parts. He was very prompt in responding to my messages. I like his professionalism and sincerity. I will definitely hire him for my future needs.

I prefer to get as much information ahead of our first appointment to research resolutions. This saves time (and money) completing your project in the long run.

I have been a "fixer" my whole life. I extremely mechanically inclined and don't find complex issues daunting.
