Brent Morrissey is determined to satisfy his customers. Despite being busy he went out of his way to quickly meet with me to discuss the work and write up a quote. My new front walk is lovely and a joy to walk on. He started and finished the work when he said he would. The ground preparation was done properly, and attention was paid to get the grading right for a somewhat tricky transition from the front steps, over a large tree root to the driveway while ensuring water drainage was away from the house. The pavers were carefully installed as described by the manufacturer. Details matter; when using the polymeric sand, I noticed Brent first used a blower to ensure the pavers were dry and clean before wetting the sand. The world is not perfect and it's when the unexpectd happens that you find out what kind of person you're dealing with. Brent and crew are the best. The job was finished and Brent was onto his next job when a subcontractor retreiving his dumpster damaged an edge of my driveway. Brent and crew were right on it and returned promptly to set things right. His crew is very experienced and a pleasure to work with. Yes, I highly recommend Magnolia Site Works.

We needed our asphalt driveway replaced and an area next to our garage done over with pavers. I needed the work done within a tight time frame because I run a business out of my house. Brent was able to give me a good price and meet my time constraints as well. Luckily the weather cooperated, too. Brent and his crew were top notch all the way around. The do high quality work for a good price and they do it when they say they are going to do it. Brent is very communicative and kept me updated on progress every step of the way. I hope to post before and after photos after my grass grows in. My yard and driveway look 1,000 times better. A+ work. I highly recommend Magnolia Siteworks.

I needed a concrete slab poured to extend and existing patio. I was skeptical about using a company I had never heard of. I usual stick to local guys in the area however, Brent was responsive and answered all my questions. When I hired him to do the job he showed up when he said he'd be there and left with no mess. It's nice to see the owner of a company take pride in his company and lead his incredible team. Couldn't be happier with the work quality of Magnolia Sitworks Inc. Very professional company! Their work was so good I decided to add more fine tuning to my backyard after they finished this project and plan to have this crew back next spring. Thank you Brent and your crew!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Almost all pricing is lump sum per project. Details are spelled out in the final estimate once submitted.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In most cases I will meet the customer at the job and discuss the job. Then I will provide them with an estimate based on the information that was discussed and/or the engineers drawings and specifications. The estimate process takes an average of a week to complete.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
College degree in Landscape design, 9 years experience in landscape and masonry construction, 6 years experience in excavation and paving. OSHA 30hr safety training, ICPI and NCMA certification, Massachusetts hoisting license.
