I had a weird request needing a client of mine to film a testimonial video with a local videographer as I am not near them, I can't recommend Silverline Productions enough to create quality video, reasonably priced, and worked with my clients and I through the challenges of producing this video from across the US.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices start no lower than $850 and has gone up as far as 10k. It really depends on the project, the hours spent filming, editing, and equipment needed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing we like to do is set up a time to speak to a new customer to learn more about their project and to make suggestions as needed. We want the customer to trust us and our work which is why we never ask for a deposit or any sort of payment until the job is done and they are happy.
