What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My discount and price does not affect the quality of the job
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am very flexible with new customer, I first usually give a discount on the final price of the job and just change 25% to start the project and other payment at the 60% of the job executed and final payment when job is completed and received by the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to a vocational school of masonry in Dominican Republic and here I take hardscape training EP Henry and TLC pavers.
