Paul installed a new dryer outlet duct in my old Maytag washer/dryer stackable unit. He was polite, courteous and most importantly, on time. He installed the new part and got my old unit running again, his work was neat, tidy and time efficient. He did encounter some problems with the aging machine but corrected them on the spot. In addition, he made some minor adjustments and gave me some tips on how to prolong the life of the unit. I will definitely use him again!

Due to traffic they were a little late but kept me well informed of the problem and their progress which is all I ever ask in these situations. They could have ignored and not let me know, so I was very happy they kept me updated. The work they did was great, got everything I asked of them done, they were polite and nice and I would hire them again in a heartbeat!
