I had great experience with Andy. He was transparent about what he can and can not do and he did all in a timely manner. His crew was careful and diligent. They have refinished our 100 year old floors. The result was much better than what we expected.

We never actually got to work with Andy as the purchase of our new home fell through but he was incredibly responsive, knowledgable and offered very reasonable prices for his work. Would highly recommend Diamond Flooring to anyone looking for hardwood services.

The team did a great job! They refinished hardwood floors up and downstairs. Incredibly responsive, honest, and hardworking! Our basement floor took extra long to dry between coats because of heat and humidity, and Andy came back almost every day to check and see if they can do the next coat! I take pride in being able to commit to a straight forward pricing system. I work with customers on their budget and make the job affordable for them.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's very important to come see the project to not only get proper measurements but also to get an idea of the new customers style. We work with the customer to get the style, service and results that will make new customers happy.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Before becoming the business owner of Diamond Flooring LLC, I have worked for multiple companies including Home Depot and Empire Today as a sub-contractors. I have tons of experiences dealing with different kinds of flooring and am able to give best advice for each flooring problem.
