QUALIFICATIONS: As a business owner/licensed contractor and a BONA certified craftsman, I have been trained throughout the years to know all kinds of flooring problems and have the knowledge and skills to do my job and do it right in a timely fashion. I am always there for my customers throughout the learning process, and walking them through every single steps from choosing the right materials, to the maintenance requirements after installation. Andy and his crews are amazing, fantastic and professional. They even worked on Sunday for me. I am extremely happy with them. Andy is punctual, honest and down to earth. Tried his best to fit me in his tight schedule. He plays no game. Measure, quick fair quote price and they did some of my small repairs (replace wood) free of charge. At first, I thought it would be lousy repairs because of no charge, it came out worth a billion. Two spots I can’t even tell there is a repair there. They sand between each coats. The finish is so smooth. In summary, no hesitation, will hire them again and refer them. Thanks Andy for all your hard work.

I am more then pleased with not only the professionalism i was greeted with, but also the hard work and the drive these guys had for completing a job. These guys are respectful, and will do the job right. Again couldn't be happier. will be updating with the finished floors when the house project is completed. Absolutely amazing work, my 1940's hard wood floors look brand new!!!

Andy is a really nice guy but did a horrible job just look at pics and judge your self. The homeowner is so furious about how it came out.....

Hi Paulo, I’m sorry that my services did not meet your expectations. That was truly not my goal. However, I believe I have done everything I was hired to do. All the problems you are showing in these pictures are the pre-existing conditions of the floors I was hired to refinish. Those dark spots and wood holes have nothing to do with our work contract, so let's get that clear now. I wasn't asked to do any repair for you and I was not aware that you were also looking to have those things done as you made it clear about keeping the costs as low as possible. I even agreed to work at a much lower price than what I originally quoted you for to be able to earn your business and make you happy. When you were talking about perfectly fixing all those conditions, you were talking about a much bigger project that was impossible to do with the price you requested me to do. Not until I finished my job did I find out I WOULD NOT GET PAID, the extra material I bought for you wouldn't be reimbursed because of something you also agreed to be outside of the contract plan. I am sure being a contractor yourself; you know how it feels to be working and not getting paid. I’ve been trying to communicate with you without a response. I hope that you will be open to discuss around this matter so we can get things right, if only you are willing to give me a chance. Thank you. Andy

Andy and Diamond Flooring did a fantastic job refinishing our second-floor hardwood. They did all the corners, around floor vents, and even the closets -- the place looks like a million bucks. We would go with them again in a heartbeat.

I take pride in being able to commit to a straight forward pricing system. I work with customers on their budget and make the job affordable for them.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's very important to come see the project to not only get proper measurements but also to get an idea of the new customers style. We work with the customer to get the style, service and results that will make new customers happy.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Before becoming the business owner of Diamond Flooring LLC, I have worked for multiple companies including Home Depot and Empire Today as a sub-contractors. I have tons of experiences dealing with different kinds of flooring and am able to give best advice for each flooring problem.
