- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial Consultation: I will schedule a convenient time for an in-person or virtual consultation. In most cases I will request pictures/videos where applicable prior to our conversation to access project scope of work required. I will listen to the your needs, concerns, and desired outcomes and provide you with a detailed, transparent estimate with a breakdown of costs and timeline. 2. Scheduling and Preparation: I will work with you to find a mutually agreeable appointment time. Confirm all necessary tools, materials, and equipment will be on-hand. If applicable I will provide you with a pre-service checklist to prepare the work area. 3. Arrival and Execution: We`ll arrive promptly at the scheduled time, review the plan, and obtain any final approvals where needed. We`ll work diligently and efficiently, maintaining open communication and will ensure the work area is kept clean and tidy throughout the process. 4. Post-Service Follow-up: We`ll perform a final walkthrough with the customer to confirm satisfaction. Address any remaining questions or concerns the customer may have.
