Was looking for a short term rental in Boston area for an internship and chanced upon Laryssa Diaz via google search. After hitting some walls ( with bigger realtors in the area: problem was EVERY landlord wants a 12 month lease and wont consider short term lease /or they increase the price astronomically ( basically you end up paying for a year no matter how long you live there: I scam IMHO : but its Boston! I get it).Laryssa returned my voicemail and undertook the challenge to help me find a shorter term lease on an apartment.She scouted the area and came up with a list of apartment complexes. She went to ALL of them to talk to the property management and looked at all the available /listed unit/s IN PERSON: saving me trips to Boston to scope things out.What a genuine person who understood my challenges coming from out of state.She then found a perfect lease ( lowest price point ) that would be acceptable to me : An 8 month lease is what she found out for me!She was in constant and relevant communication with me always keeping me in the loop and never missing important details. At one point she said that if nothing works out my child could stay at her home. Who says that these days ???Realtor business is tough and Laryssa took on the challenge of finding me a short term lease in a difficult market. Kudos to her outstanding effort and most genuine and kind personality.I might have just chanced upon an angel in a human form. Keep up the great work and know that I truly appreciated your hard work and sincerity : more importantly : do not let this review get you a big head. Let work speaks for itself.

Laryssa is very professional, attentive to her clientsneeds, and cares about her client finding a home they love.The team of lenders and inspectors that she works with are phenomenal as well.
