- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is highly dependent on the circumstance of the job. Further, one of the luxuries of not only running your own business, but remaining small is that I can change my pricing accordingly. By that I mean that I try to remain both fair and competitive in my pricing. When you contact us, you will be provided with a detailed pricing sheet that should explain everything and give you an idea of what repairs may cost. Regardless, the technician will keep you posted throughout the entire process, and will be sure to make you aware of the most cost effective solution.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've been pulling apart systems since I was a child! Eventually, some people started paying me in exchange for my services and I quickly learned the value of a dollar and a job well done.
