Alex was called to assemble a Catio for us. He was doing a great job with the assembly, but the product was missing parts and several pieces. We decided to return the product and disassemble due to the missing parts. I would recommend Alex and I will definitely use him again.

Alex was kind, responsive, and motivated. He built a Murphy bed and was his first time doing it, came out great. He only charged us for the quoted time even though it took him longer, which was really nice of him. We are impressed with his work and work ethic and appreciate him coming the same day of our inquiry. Would absolutely recommend or use again!
