Jeff is not only punctual and communicative, he is extremely talented. He quickly diagnosed a complex electrical challenge, and troubleshooted some very challenging plumbing fixtures that were situated in hard to access repair locations. His work ethic is impressive and his attention to detail is what you'd expect from a true professional. Jeff's prices reflect his skill level, and would hire him again in a heartbeat. In fact, we diagnosed a couple of other items worth our attention that I hope to have him back for next week.

Jeff is great at what he does. He repaired multiple plumbing issues we had over the course of 3 hours at one of our properties, which saved us from a major headache if we tried to do it ourselves. I will definitely be using him again!! Highly recommended

Jeff was able to fit me into his busy schedule. I needed a kitchen cabinet removed to accommodate a new refrigerator. He removed the cabinet and hung it in another spot, as well as made repairs to the wall caused by the original builder. He also replaced rotted trim wood around exterior window. He does excellent quality work at a good value, he is punctual and calls ahead. I am looking for more jobs for him to do.

4 yrs of Trade High School, 45 years of helping others, a really Mc'Ivers background with a skill set ability to help you with most any project. 15 very successful years owning and running a property management company. An accomplished team leader in a number of programs and past positions!
