- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is project-based. Changes to scope of work affect final outcome.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1/2 hour free consult. I follow-up with a brief outlining my understanding of the project and recommended next steps. If you agree to proceed I draft a letter agreement, take a deposit, and we get to work. Each project is different. ° Coaching is usually weekly and can be an intensive short term, or be a long term maintenance once a month or 3 to 4 times a year. ° Branding exercises usually happen over a 1 to 2 month period. ° Large scale events will be longer engagements with a critical mass of work taking place as the show date approaches. ° Management consulting is often concentrated and very much hands-on. ° Website development is an iterative process that always takes longer than anyone planned.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
BA in intermedia studies; trained at the actors studio; 6 production-related OBIE awards; attended 7 TED mainstage conferences; various workshops in creative problem solving and innovation modalities.
