Pricing by hour (Time and Materials): Painting (Seasonal) - $35.00-$40.00/man hr. Carpentry - $60.00/man hr. Materials: Contractor will pick up materials and extend contractor's discount to customer. Customer responsible for paying receipts. Price by project: Based on $40.00/man hr. Materials and time estimated using PDCA (Painting and Decorator Contractors of America) database.

Ray did a wonderful job in my kitchen. It looks absolutely beautiful which is challenging when your house is older. I would definitely hire Middlesex again.

I recently needed the interior of my new home painted. I called a number of painters and waited for returned calls and dealt with no shows. Tom from Middlesex Restoration promptly returned my call and showed up as promised. Tom and his team showed up as promised. The team carefully moved and covered by furniture and went work to work on my old walls and trim. The net result was magical. My new old house was transformed . They cleaned up every day which made my wife very pleased. I need to paint the exterior of my home next spring and I will use Middlesex for sure. I paid a little more than the next lowest price but it was well worth it. The project was as stress free as possible, Good Luck!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Painting: $40.00/man hr. Carpentry: $60/ man hr. Material receipts will be provided to customer. Price includes insurance and workers comp coverage.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Interior projects require access to the site and 2ft clearance around perimeter of the room. Valuables should be removed and wallhangings should removed. We can move heavy furniture if necessary.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner of Middlesex Paint has over 20 years commercial and residential painting experience. Our managers have over 5 years experience painting with large painting and construction firms.
