Introduction: Hello and Thank you for your visit. Ornatev under the craftsmanship of Joseph, is looking to establish a long term relationship with you. From small solutions to bespoke construction needs. Currently we prefrom small (handyman), large and complicated projects. A full cabinet/woodworking shop with paint booth is in my arsinal as well as the top precision tools to tackle any project and create anything from a simple door to a luxury detail unique to you. Drafting of construction plans is usual and rendering of your vision is available. It would be my privilege to offer my services to you! My jobsite are well organized and great care is put in your property. The longevity and esthetic of my work is a source of pride. Most of my clients leave their house keys with me to minimize impact of construction projects on their life- trust is paramount. You will always get quality inside and out and clear communication. Please do not hesitate to reach out and let me take out the repair and building of your home from problem to a solution. If you need an honest consultation I am available for in person or over the phone- my knowledge of materials and methods is extremely extensive, if you have sensitivity to chemical, dust, EMR or any other issues that are caused either by building materials or other contractors it will be addressed. *Quality projects and ideas take time to implement correctly, if you are in a rush and chasing the lowest price we will not be a good fit. -Rates start at $130/hour (additional personal $55-120/h/m) + 25-45% materials markup.We can import materials from any place in the world. You will only be billed for actual work- time is tracked by the minute (jobs under an hour and a half have a $250 charge) Insurance and references provided for serious clients. *Kitchen design and remodel Clients - At Ornatev we design, build, paint and install our own cabinets as well as everything else that your kitchen will need built in house using the best materials & solutions using our own Craftsman ONLY. (please take that into consideration before requesting a consultation ) *Washroom design and remodel clients- All bathroom projects include 1/32” accurate tile layout, design and rendering, epoxy grout, high quality or luxury tile selection absolutely flat and square rooms, total waterproofing, quite vents and custom vanity crafted in house- at the minimum.

I want to write this review because nowadays a real specialist is not easy to find. Ive hired Joseph to fix few thing that broke in my parents townhouse, after dealing with few contractors who did a pretty bad job it was very important for me to find someone who will not mess it up. My parents do not understand much in construction and I could not be around to control all the processes of the work to check that it was actualy done properly and as mentioned already had some pretty sad experience with people who took advantage of this situation. Sincerely, finding a handyman that you can really trust is not as easy as it might seem, especialy with people like my parents who got very high standarts in how the work should look like in the end of the process. I got very warm recommendations about Joseph's work from a friend that needed a jacuzzi fixed in his parents villa and all the people he contacted just told him to buy a new one (it was a high-end jaccuzi and his parents chose not to replace it) and Joseph was the only one who agreed to fix it. According to my friend he did a great job re-newing it to the level that it looked same as it was when just purchased. I cannot say that his service was the cheapest on the market but because of the circumstances mentioned above it was not the most important factor for me. What I needed done was a restoration of a wooden gate of their storage room, fixing some parts of the kitchen closets that were broken and because it was custom-made it was abit of a complicated task and some cosmetic re-newals of floor and walls. Joseph took the time to explain to me in details all the levels of his upcoming work and what were the best materials to use in this case. I really appreciated that it was actualy important for him to perform this task on the highest level possible, it wasnt just about his wage, he actualy wanted his customers to get the best result and be satisfied. He made no shortcuts (that a non proffesional wouldnt even notice) and used only the best materials on the market for this kind of a job. His knowledge of woodworking and joinery were impressive beyond the level I could expect from a contractor, and also he used the most proffesional tools in this field making every corner and wood connection on the most precise level I could imagine. To say that my parents were satisfied by his work is to say nothing, they actualy told me that now it looks much better than when it was new, for me making my parents so happy by his work definately deserves my time to write this review and recommend this person to anyone who wants the best and most proffesional quality.

Joseph is my favorite contractor, designer and handyman, he has worked on my early 1600s home in Concord, MA for a few years and has dealt with every job in the most meticulous manner. He can solve problems from as little as restoring antique hardware to full gut and remodel of rooms most of the work is done by him and there are no shortcuts with him. Over the years, I have used many contractors and handyman, they have always taken shortcuts and their work would fail a few years later. However, I have finally found someone who will do the work properly and will spend the time doing things the right way. I can not say good enough things about Joseph and have recommended him to all of my friends. One thing to keep in mind is that this is an artist, and he will do things even if he is not paid. On the other hand, he is not cheap or fast, but well worth it. Projects completed include a total kitchen remodel custom-made in his shop. A bathroom with Venetian plaster and mosaic tile. Dozens of small repairs and restorations of various items, such as windows, doors, even a stove.

Joseph was very punctual, very personable and answered all my questions so I could understand the repair. His work quality was meticulous. He also helped me order a part for the recliner. He followed up on whether it worked without my having to contact him. He walked me through the installation. Very happy with his service, professionalism and knowledge.
