The wind ripped off some ridge shingles during the night right before a major rainstorm was scheduled to arrive. Tom took time to come over immediately before the rain which would have penetrated roof and damaged interior if not corrected. I will certainly call him again if we ever have another issue.

I have a large > 4000 sqft home with a complicated roof structure, multiple dormers, an area with a flat rubber membrane roof and variations in roof pitch and long valleys. Tom did a great job listening to what I wanted and proposing solutions to improve my runoff issues that were causing occasional leaks in heavy rain. His crew worked their best around the winter weather and completed the job well before my expectations. Tom is very communicative, experienced, consultative and easy to work with.
