I have a large > 4000 sqft home with a complicated roof structure, multiple dormers, an area with a flat rubber membrane roof and variations in roof pitch and long valleys. Tom did a great job listening to what I wanted and proposing solutions to improve my runoff issues that were causing occasional leaks in heavy rain. His crew worked their best around the winter weather and completed the job well before my expectations. Tom is very communicative, experienced, consultative and easy to work with. Tom was at my home within an hour of contact. There was a persistent leak in the flashing around the chimney and Tom assessed the problem and described what was needed for repair. He came the next day, replaced the flashing and updated some of the older material. I am very satisfied with the job. Tom is a an excellent worker and a nice guy. Will definitely call him again for any future needs.
