- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Nothing complicated. Every yard is different so pricing varies. I've gone and done estimates over the phone and through here but found that it's not fair to either of us. I try to do all estimates face to face and have an open dialogue.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'd love to have a face to face meeting so we can meet and talk about their needs, expectations and budget. All three of those play an important and essential role in providing an accurate quote. I want you to walk away satisfied and excited to work together. if I'm not able to get a clear understanding then it makes the job more stressful and leads to an unhappy experience.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most common of course is the weekly or bimonthly mowings. Second to that would be mulch. It seems mosquito treatments are picking up drastically.
