FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As far as the process or cleaning is concerned, we keep cleaning more than normal cleaning As this is the first time we are working there, we would like to set standards for each house and the way to do this is to do good cleaning and maintenance of it with our team. So for our first cleaning, the charger charge is $50 per hour. Normal is 3 to 4 hours or cleaning together with our team. Once the first cleaning is complete, our company will contact you to discuss other regular cleanings. The "clean" mentioned above is the same as a deep clean, which again is a clean more focused on setting a standard to get your place squeaky clean and ready to be kept that way. The deep cleaning process includes: Dusting even in areas such as behind furniture/under furniture. Areas that are not normally cleaned. Windows, baseboards, bathtubs and everything else in your home will be touched for the first time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
