Jarred knows what he is doing. He was prompt, professional, pleasant and fixed our computer after a power surge. He returned when my husband clicked on a suspect "upgrade" and the computer went down. Mr. McCarthy again restored our service. His fees are very reasonable. I highly recommend him.

I had a serious problem with my dell inspiron laptop. its not that old. My mom bought it for me, she passed away 8 months ago from cancer. this laptop was the last thing she bought for me before she got sick. the hinges broke and the screen turned white. Jerrard came to my house within 2 days of contacting him and he had my laptop fixed within a week. he saved me a lot of money and my laptop is like brand new. He was very professional and affordable and always returned my calls and text messages and updated me while he was working on my laptop. i would refer and recommend him to all my friends and family and even co workers. this guy is very smart and knows his stuff. if i took this to any other place they would have not taken the time to fix it for me. he knew it was sentimental to me and he actually cared about getting it repaired. that means a lot to a customer.
