I couldn’t be happier with the service from Taisuke Esaki. I contacted him on a Monday evening as I needed a plumber to replace a broken and missing vent pipe from our roof that was causing a leak into our second story ceiling. He responded to my thumbtack inquiry within minutes and setup an appointment for the next morning. On Tuesday morning Taisuke arrived right on time, quickly got to work in our attic replacing the pipe and sealing off the roof. Outstanding, efficient service for a reasonable price!

Taisuke was so helpful! I was in a time crunch as I was rushing to sell my house and he came out the same day to my rural property to assess the situation. He came back as soon as the parts I had ordered arrived and my sale proceeded on schedule. He came to another property a few days later and replaced a toilet and added a bidet seat to it with the same great quality I've come to anticipate!
