Lev was punctual, polite, and informative. Unfortunately, because I had “European” locks, rekeying them would have been more than my budget, even with his offered discount. Lev applied no pressure when I declined to do the job. I paid him $55, which I considered reasonable for the service call. If I choose to use him the future, they will credit me $55 for the future job. I’ll definitely use them if that happens. Lev knew his stuff, efficiently assessed the situation, and was educational and friendly throughout.

Did a good job to replace my lock to electronic lock and get my job done quick. The whole installation process was 15 min. However when I called, the guy told me the pricing for my project is from &70-200, with $50 service fee if not doing the job. But when the actual lock smith guy came he asked me for $260, with $70 service fee if not doing the project. Eventually he did the work for $200 as a “discount” for me because their pricing change but given how small the project is I think I’m very much overcharged. Just for a reference here. They helped me to replace the upper lock.
