FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is clear and competitive. The standard rate for my services is $55 per hour, per person, with a minimum of 10 hours per project. However, I offer occasional discounts depending on the time of year or the scope of the project. For example, during promotional periods, clients can receive a 30% discount, which reduces the rate to $38.50 per hour. I also work with flexible pricing for larger or ongoing projects and always provide a clear estimate before starting any work. If any additional fees are required for specialized services like deep cleaning or junk removal, I make sure to discuss them with the client upfront to avoid surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, my first step is to understand their needs and expectations. I like to have an initial conversation to discuss in detail what they need, whether it’s organization, cleaning, or both. During this conversation, I also assess the space to better understand the challenges and how I can offer the best solution. Next, I create a personalized plan, which may include a schedule and setting priorities to make the process as efficient as possible. Throughout the project, I maintain constant communication with the client, ensuring they are satisfied with the progress and adjusting the plan as needed. My goal is always to provide high-quality service that meets the client’s needs in a practical and effective way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I don’t have a formal degree in organization or cleaning, but I have gained extensive hands-on experience over the years. I’ve learned through working on a variety of projects, constantly improving my skills in both home organization and cleaning. Additionally, I’ve taken several online courses and workshops related to organizational techniques and efficiency, which have helped me refine my approach and ensure I deliver the best results for my clients.
