- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For most residential jobs, we can provide an initial quote over the phone after a brief discussion of your home’s needs and layout. This is followed by a detailed written proposal. We typically perform pre-install and post-install Wi-Fi surveys. The pre-survey is a key part of our 5-step process and is used to finalize the design for reliable whole-home performance. Pricing varies based on home size, construction complexity, number of access points, and wiring requirements. All proposals are transparent with a clear scope of work and no hidden fees. We do not offer hourly troubleshooting or ongoing managed IT services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all starts with a free phone consultation. We gather details about your home, current setup, and goals so we can provide an accurate estimate (based on number of access points, equipment, and estimated hours). Once you approve the estimate, we schedule the service. On-site we follow our proven 5-Step Process: Diagnose the Home — Review current setup and perform room-by-room Wi-Fi survey + heatmap. Engineer the Design — Create a custom Wi-Fi network plan with proper node placement. Confirm the Plan — Review design, scope, and investment with you. Install as Designed — Professional installation and optimization of the system. Verify Performance — Post-install survey to confirm strong coverage and speed in every room. This structured approach replaces guesswork with a correctly designed system that delivers reliable whole-home Wi-Fi.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team consists of experienced networking professionals. Technicians hold, at minimum, CompTIA Network+ or Cisco CCNA certification. They also have or are actively working toward Certified Wireless Professional (CWP), CWTS, or CWNA certifications. As the owner, I bring over 30 years of hands-on experience in computer networking and engineering to every project we design and install. We stay current with evolving Wi-Fi standards and best practices to deliver reliable, high-performance solutions for our clients.
