I chose Michal Mode photography for a recent Boston couples shoot. I could not have asked for a more wonderful experience!!. From a professional standpoint: She was very responsive and easy to work with. From a creative standpoint: she had great vision and ideas about creative “couples poses” to place us in. Our photos came out beautiful. We even went over time a few minutes, but she did rush us and worked hard to “get the last shot” with the perfect lighting on Acorn street.

I just want to say that Terencia was so patient with us on the day of our engagement shoot. My fiancee and I were a hot mess that day due to some poor planning on our part. Terencia was so accommodating with our poor scheduling. She was able to expertly guide us through the shoot, not once did we feel like we were being rushed despite our time issues. She did some amazing work in such a short time. She also did phenomenal prep work, scouting the area, getting ideas for shots. We sincerely couldn't be happier with the results she provided.

Terencia was absolutely amazing for my bridal shower! My sister in law booked her the day before and she was very prompt in her responses and availability. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is pretty straightforward and very reasonable and I’m always open for understanding and fulfilling my client budget needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like everything to be on papers and schedules as I’d like to pre-plan. My shoots in advance so on the day of the shoot, it is free work flow. Once I confirm, my clients need my services I send them written contracts with everything clearly mentioned I also like to have a verbal conversation just to break the ice and understand my climb needs better.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a marketing major never went to any technical schools to learn photography, but started doing commercial photography working with agency Models and Studio work, and slowly exploring all different types of photography aspects.
