- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don’t have the most cheaper either the most expensive prices. But keep in mind I don’t sell a product, I give my customers solution to their current issues. The results will exceed expectations and pricing won’t be something to worry about. Our priority is to reach excellence by delivering a high quality customer service, work done efficiently and as fast as possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I’m very easy with meeting new people. I’d put all my effort and knowledge right at the first contact. I’ll make sure I make the process smooth, easy and less worried. You may consider Village as part of your friendship environment, we’ll be always here to support, help and advice properly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m constantly studying. Periodically into programs, courses and getting prepared to get certified in each possible category of work I do currently. I’ve been into the construction field for a significant period of time and all I’ve learned inspire me to improve constantly even more. I won’t stuck and all I do will still not enough. I always want to learn and improve a bit more.
