Luis is a great team leader and communicator. He did follow what we talked about the job. He clearly talked about my extra demands that were not in our initial contract and we found satisfactory ways to settle them before proceeding. The job didn't turn into a hassle which mostly is the case when I have a team of workers doing similar jobs at home, as his team members have same professional values with him.
